Jobtailor in Rio de Janeiro seeks an Export/Shipping Coordinator to manage documentation and shipment processes for origin-based exports. You will liaise with exporters and warehouses to ensure timely handling of cargo and paperwork, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

The role requires coordinating with carriers under FCA/EXW terms and ensuring compliance with US-Brazil import procedures. Proficiency in English is essential, with freight-forwarding experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Completed or ongoing higher education.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency; proficiency will be tested.
• Experience coordinating shipments.
• Knowledge of import processes between the United States and Brazil.
• Knowledge of FCA and EXW Incoterms.
• Experience working for a freight forwarder preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with origin-based exporters to request and/or send documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.).
• Monitor shipments under FCA Incoterms and EXW Incoterms.
• Enter and update costs.
• Liaise with the origin warehouse to verify arrivals and issue warehouse receipts, including reviewing cargo, packaging, and weight.
• Review and issue documents (EEI Report, commercial invoice, packing list, labels, etc.).
• Issue bills of lading.
• Follow up with airlines.
• Submit information to CCT.
