What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage multiple complex projects or one large project, ensuring superior customer and client experience
- Adhere to project management standards, completing all related artifacts and preparing materials for Executive Review
- Oversee project lifecycle using various methodologies, managing risks, issues, and changes in scope, schedule, cost, and quality
- Interface with stakeholders to address business and technical issues, ensuring alignment to project objectives
- Serve as a mentor to Project Managers and Associate Project Managers, supporting continuous improvement efforts within the PM Practice
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; HS Diploma or GED is required
- 5 years of work experience in project management
- 10 years of experience managing similar projects of equal or greater scope
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Strong organizational change management skills and experience in conflict resolution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Agile Certified Practitioner
- Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of multiple software development methodologies
