What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage multiple complex projects or one large project, ensuring superior customer and client experience
  • Adhere to project management standards, completing all related artifacts and preparing materials for Executive Review
  • Oversee project lifecycle using various methodologies, managing risks, issues, and changes in scope, schedule, cost, and quality
  • Interface with stakeholders to address business and technical issues, ensuring alignment to project objectives
  • Serve as a mentor to Project Managers and Associate Project Managers, supporting continuous improvement efforts within the PM Practice
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; HS Diploma or GED is required
  • 5 years of work experience in project management
  • 10 years of experience managing similar projects of equal or greater scope
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
  • Strong organizational change management skills and experience in conflict resolution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Agile Certified Practitioner
  • Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or the healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of multiple software development methodologies
