Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil seeks an experienced recruiter to lead high-volume recruitment for operational roles in the restaurant industry, from sourcing to onboarding and competency mapping.

You will attract candidates, screen resumes, and partner with hiring managers to fill vacancies across restaurants, bars, and pizzerias, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and data-driven selection.

Qualificações

• Experience managing high-volume recruitment for fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting for operational roles.
• Experience recruiting for restaurants, bars, and pizzerias preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Recruitment and talent attraction experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment processes for all levels from vacancy opening through completion.
• Screen résumés and invite candidates to participate in the selection process.
• Gather role profiles and requirements from hiring managers.
• Deliver onboarding and code of conduct training.
• Monitor onboarding during the first 30 days.
• Analyze candidate data and prepare selection assessments.
• Continuously identify new recruitment sources.
• Manage the company’s talent attraction and selection processes.
• Attract, select, and onboard professionals in line with guidelines established by the Human Development department.
