Paketá in São Paulo is seeking a results-driven HR Lead to structure and lead recruitment, onboarding, internships, and organizational development. You will leverage Sólides ATS and AI capabilities to streamline processes and metrics, while shaping scalable HR practices.

You will build HR processes in a greenfield environment, partner with the HR Director, and protect the company’s relationships and reputation while scaling operations.

Qualificações

• Experience in recruitment and selection, internship programs, and onboarding processes.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms to support day-to-day operations.
• Comfort with and willingness to work in recruitment—the role will be a significant part, especially at the start.
• Experience with organizational development processes.
• Ability to design and execute HR processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection, internship programs, and onboarding processes.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms to support day-to-day operations.
• Comfort with and genuine willingness to work in recruitment—it will represent a significant part of the role, especially at the beginning.
• Experience with organizational development processes.
• Ability to work on both process design and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred: experience in tech recruitment using ATS platforms and AI tools.
• Preferred: experience in corporate education and familiarity with platforms that support these processes; knowledge of the Qulture Rocks platform is a plus.
• Preferred: experience in fintechs or technology companies.
