You will consult leaders, conduct competency-based interviews, ensure a positive candidate experience, monitor recruitment metrics, and contribute to Employer Branding using data and AI to improve processes. This role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and the ability to recruit for technology roles.

• Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, funnel and SLAs) and propose continuous improvements.
• Support Employer Branding initiatives and active talent sourcing.
• Use data, technology, AI and automation to increase process efficiency.
