Responsabilidades

• Lead the Talent Management strategy and align people initiatives with business priorities.
• Structure and improve performance evaluation, competency management, potential assessment, career development, and succession processes.
• Lead the succession and leadership development agenda to ensure pipelines for critical positions.
• Define and coordinate an integrated talent strategy connecting attraction, internal mobility, development, and retention.
• Map critical competencies, identify succession risks, and build organizational development plans.
• Act as strategic partner to leaders for identifying, developing, and retaining talent.
• Lead the Talent Acquisition strategy ensuring quality hires and a strong employer brand.
• Develop talent pipelines and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Define and lead the Corporate Education strategy.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure program effectiveness and continuous improvement of Talent Management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Talent Management strategy, aligning people initiatives with business priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Knowledge of Talent Management, including performance management, succession planning, career development, and leadership development
• Experience leading Talent Acquisition and/or Corporate Education initiatives
• Experience working with leaders and supporting strategic talent management decisions
• Experience in consumer goods, industrial, or manufacturing companies is preferred
• Availability to work four days on-site and one day remotely
