Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Buyer (Indirect Materials) to lead the formalization of supplier contracts and implement contract management processes in Coupa, transitioning the current PO-only workflow into a fully compliant and efficient contract governance model. This role will support indirect procurement operations, ensuring legal security, process optimization, cost reduction, and alignment with internal customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quotation, negotiation, and contracting processes for indirect materials and services (MRO, facilities, IT, general services).
• Create and manage purchase orders in the ERP, monitoring the complete cycle until delivery.
• Formalize and manage supplier contracts end-to-end: drafting, clause analysis, renewals, and term control.
• Implement contract management workflows in Coupa for suppliers currently operating through purchase orders only.
• Monitor procurement KPIs (cost savings, lead time, service levels) and propose corrective or improvement actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers.
• Support sourcing initiatives and sustainability efforts within the supply chain.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• – years of experience in indirect purchasing or procurement.
• Proven experience in contract management (drafting, clause review, renewal cycles, compliance).
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Coupa, or similar).
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Intermediate English (preferred).

• Experience implementing or optimizing contract management modules/tools.
• Familiarity with procurement governance frameworks.
• Prior involvement in sourcing or supplier sustainability projects.
• Knowledge of risk assessment in supplier contracts.
