Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to support the expansion and growth of Gene Solutions' operations in Brazil and across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and annual plans for genetic testing products
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and brand messaging
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, KOL engagement, etc.)
• Work closely with medical, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure accurate and compliant marketing content
• Manage vendors, agencies, and creative resources to ensure timely execution
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Life Sciences, Medicine, Marketing, or Business preferred
• 5+ years of experience managing hospital accounts in healthcare / pharmaceutical sales
• Familiarity with Brazil's healthcare system and hospital procurement processes; strong network preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and effectively across cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English and Spanish both spoken and written
• Nice to Have: Experience promoting molecular diagnostics, oncology tests, or NGS-based products
• Involvement in market entry or product launch initiatives
