Qualificações

• Experience in commercial vehicle body manufacturing, heavy truck components or industrial fabrication.
• Leadership tenure, progressive leadership, including a general management or P&L role.
• Engineering & Manufacturing background in steel fabrication, welding, painting/coating and assembly operations.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and productivity improvement.
• Proven track record in general management or operations leadership within a mid-sized manufacturing environment.
• Commercial experience – understanding of B2B equipment sales to private fleet operators and body builders.
• Familiar with aftersales support and fleet-uptime value propositions.
