Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in workers' compensation insurance
• Ability to manage claims through the litigation process
• One valid workers' compensation adjuster license is strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using claims management systems and Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience with multiple state claims management
• Knowledge of workers' compensation claims practices and laws
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
