Our client, a personal injury law firm based in the U.S., is seeking a Legal Receptionist to join their dynamic team. The firm handles a high volume of legal matters and values professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail in supporting its legal operations.
About the role:
As a
Legal Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the firm’s clients and legal partners, handling incoming calls and performing key administrative duties. This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish, as the role involves frequent communication with Spanish-speaking clients. Ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced legal environment.
US Law Firm Experience Is Preferred, Not Required.
What you’ll be doing:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring clients feel supported and understood.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling efficiently.
- Support the intake manager with day-to-day tasks and escalate any urgent issues when needed.
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, document formatting, and digital file management.
- Provide a seamless experience by balancing phone communications with backend support tasks.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and legal partners.
Who are we looking for?
- 1+ year of experience in administrative or receptionist roles; law firm experience is a plus.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently and stay productive without constant supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a warm, professional tone.
Position: Legal Receptionist

Salary: USD 1000 to USD 1200 per month
