We are seeking a proactive Third-Party Account Manager to drive sales and growth across key e-commerce partners in Latin America. This role will manage account operations, optimize e-commerce performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute business plans for key pure player partners across multiple Latin American markets.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring optimal product assortment, pricing, and availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with account stakeholders to secure long-term growth.
- Represent the LATAM region in business reviews related to 3rd party accounts and collaborate closely with the Digital Commerce Center of Excellence.
- Own sales targets and KPIs for assigned accounts.
- Monitor performance and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Identify revenue opportunities, and with support of Head of E-Commerce Latam lead trade negotiations and joint business plans.
- Ensure ideal stock coverage for each account and manage price execution.
- Maintain brand stores, category and product pages updated in accordance with global guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with global and local marketing and content teams to receive all communication materials to maintain brand stores with accurate campaign and / or promotional communication.
- Collaborate with performance marketing and ADS teams supporting with all reports and data requested in order for them to implement the best strategy for the accounts.
- Work with Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Service Logistics and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution and profitability.
- Support regional expansion projects, including entry into new marketplaces and emerging channels.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field preferably
- 2-4 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Experience in working with 3rd Party Online eCommerce platforms is a must (preferably Mercado Livre and Amazon vendor central).
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools, data analytics platforms, and digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Advance knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in Portuguese and advanced level of English; Spanish is a plus
- Collaborative and agile, able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Passionate about digital commerce and consumer behavior in Latin America.
