Qualificações

  • Basic knowledge of sports betting and online casino market is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with data and reports to understand customer behavior.

Responsabilidades

Our client, a well-known Brazilian gambling operator, is looking for a motivated VIP Account Manager to assist in managing and growing the VIP customer segment to help and assist the current VIP team in place.

This role will focus on building strong client relationships, supporting engagement strategies, and helping improve the overall VIP experience. It’s a great opportunity for someone with account management experience who wants to develop their skills in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying and onboarding new VIP clients through prospecting and networking.
  • Support the management of VIP client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Help execute engagement and retention strategies to increase player loyalty.
  • Work closely with senior team members to design and implement and improve VIP incentives, promotions, and personalized offers.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as betting volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Assist in preparing reports on VIP performance and account development.
  • Ensure compliance with responsible gaming and company policies.
