Junior Dispatcher Space Financial Group • Farroupilha, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil

Compensation

BRL R$2,250 per month – Part-Time (4 hours per day)

Initial phase: BRL R$4,500 per month – Full-Time (8 hours per day)

After successful transition: Compensation will be reviewed based on performance, availability, and client needs.

Payment is made in Brazilian Reais (BRL).

Work Schedule

Part-Time: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM (EST)

Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (EST)

The role is expected to start part-time during the first weeks, with the goal of transitioning to a full-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and Agenda Management: Coordinate daily and weekly activities efficiently to ensure operations run smoothly and without disruptions.
• Technician Dispatching: Assign tasks and coordinate technicians' schedules and movements, optimizing time and resources.
• Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to support operational workflows.
• Phone Systems Management: Manage and support the client's phone systems, ensuring clear and reliable communication.
• Customer Support: Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email and phone.

• Advanced English Proficiency (C1/C2): Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
