We are supporting a company with an office in New York that is looking for a Level 1 IT Support Analyst to provide remote support and ensure a smooth technology experience for employees—from onboarding to day-to-day incident resolution.

Challenge

We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst who can balance excellent customer‑facing support with strong technical troubleshooting skills.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, solving day‑to‑day technology issues.

You’ll own first‑level support for a fast‑paced, international environment, and collaborate closely with other IT teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and escalated appropriately.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as remote on-site technical support for users in the New York office.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Set up workstations, meeting rooms, and video conferencing equipment.
  • Provide general IT troubleshooting, acting as first-level support.
  • Manage the internal IT support ticket queue, performing triage and escalation when needed.
  • Follow escalation protocols and ensure timely responses to support requests.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, when required.
Required Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support within a corporate environment.
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Windows 10 installation and troubleshooting.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of networking and system troubleshooting.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and escalation protocols.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with MDM, VPN, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Familiarity with information security tools and processes.
  • Experience with Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
