About the role
As a Media Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by monetizing our media assets and social platforms. You'll identify and secure new business opportunities, diversify our client base, and activate high‑impact advertising campaigns. This is an opportunity for a proactive sales professional with a passion for digital media, sports, and iGaming to make a tangible impact on a growing network.
What you will do
- Monetize Social Media Projects: develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue from our existing social media assets, preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, media plans, and proposals to secure contracts and upsell additional services.
- Managing and nurturing relationships with clients across Brazil: negotiate and close deals for sponsored content placements on the media sections of our in‑house sites like Trivela, Umdoisesportes, and Lakersbrasil.
- Understanding clients’ marketing objectives, industry trends, and audience insights to propose tailored media solutions.
- Run CPM/CPC Campaigns: manage and optimize CPM (Cost Per Mille) campaigns across our network of sites, collaborating with internal teams to address operational challenges and customise campaigns for optimal performance.
- Monetize Media and Social Assets: identify untapped opportunities to commercialise our media and social media inventory, such as affiliate partnerships, native ads, and custom integrations.
- Monitoring sales performance, analysing data, and staying informed about competitor activity and market trends.
- Conducting regular client check‑ins, attending industry events, and representing the company in networking opportunities.
Your profile should include
- Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in media sales or brand partnerships, including expertise in programmatic and social media monetisation.
- Strong understanding of media platforms: you have a network of contents in agencies and relevant brands for sports and iGaming.
- Strong interest in sports and solid understanding of the sports calendar to identify and leverage sales opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ambitious, adaptable, and thrives in fast‑paced environments.
- Proactive, with a solutions‑oriented mindset and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
