Jobtailor is seeking an onboarding specialist in Porto Alegre, Brazil, to manage new-hire information systems, verify documentation, and track onboarding deadlines. You will assist employees via service tickets and maintain department trackers, collaborating across teams to improve process quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates excel in Excel, have knowledge of eSocial and onboarding procedures, and show proactive, detail-oriented behavior with excellent communication skills.

Qualificações

• Experience with onboarding processes and employment documentation is a must.
• Knowledge of onboarding procedures and eSocial basics is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support internal customers is required.
• Experience in Shared Services Centers (CSCs) or operational HR is a plus.
