About the role

We are seeking a HR Jr Analyst – based in CWB. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HR processes and systems within the LATAM work model and will contribute to enhancing HR operations, ensuring compliance, and improving employee experience

In this role, you will:
  • Oversee HR operations to ensure efficient and effective processes aligned with company objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures to support compliance and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR systems and tools for improved user experience.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions for process improvements.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and employee engagement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions and documentation.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects to drive organizational success.
  • Facilitate communication between HR and other departments to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to assess operational effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and regulations to ensure compliance.
Work model:

Hybrid. We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in Cognizant office in Curitiba, Paraná.
