The goal is to design and optimize an engaging consumer decision journey that enhances engagement, drives conversion, and builds long-term brand loyalty.
Lead a multi-year partnership as an enabler of profitable growth and deliver Joint Business Plan targets (JBP).
Negotiate win / win contracts as the foundation of robust JBP in compliance with Commercial Policy.
Establish optimal up-to-date offers with the best value extraction for market growth.
Develop brand equity for loyal Versuni shoppers with optimal ROI of trade terms & retail advertising.
Strive for healthy trade inventory for cash flow and on-shelf / online availability.
Turn real-time performance insights from internal / external data pools into proactive improvement actions.
Deliver on business and operational targets, including profit per SKU, iVM & in-store shares.
Manage additional projects while maintaining current business, such as mentorship, competitive analysis, and sales analysis as needed.
