Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our global sales finance organization. In this role, you will drive success by performing complex financial analyses for global sales support functions and SaaS portfolios. You’ll act as a proactive business partner, delivering actionable insights to empower global sales management in optimizing performance and achieving growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage robust cost budgets and deliver accurate forecasts for our global Industry Go-to-Market organization.
  • Prepare and align topline budgets and forecasts for two global SaaS business portfolios, support steering SaaS transition with comprehensive financial modelling.
  • Continuously monitor financial performance against targets, proactively identifying deviations and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and present comprehensive cost and topline reports for senior sales management, offering clear insights into trends, risks, and opportunities to enable informed decision making.
  • Efficiently handle ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from key stakeholders.
Business Partnering & Collaboration
  • Act as a trusted financial business partner, collaborating closely with key business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate financial understanding among business stakeholders, translating complex financial data into actionable business intelligence.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as part of global, cross-functional teams
Process Improvement & Efficiency

Actively support and contribute to efficiency initiatives, including automation and harmonization of financial processes to enhance operational effectiveness.

Required Skills
  • Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent technical understanding of financial planning and forecasting processes in a global matrix organization.
  • Advanced knowledge of external accounting and reporting concepts.
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate with multiple management levels throughout the company.
  • Advanced proficiency in: MS Office 365 applications (Excel and PowerPoint), financial planning systems (Oracle Hyperion) and SAP a must.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English with ability to communicate complex information clearly.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Experience in software / SaaS or high-growth environments is a plus.
  • Background in FP&A or performance controlling is advantageous.

This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.
