We are hiring an Executive Search Senior Associate to support Gold & Aron CEO and COO across high-impact searches in Technology and Financial Services in a premium boutique environment. The role blends deep research, pipeline development, and end-to-end recruiting for select mid-level roles. You’ll help build the engine that enables leadership to focus on client strategy and firm growth.
Candidate Research & Sourcing for senior level searches (60%)
Build and manage strong candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent searches.
Active search: Conduct structured research, market mapping using several tech tools including LinkedIn, AI tools and own database.
Passive search: Source, screen applicants
Lead candidate scoring, initial candidate assessment
End to end Recruiting for selected mid level searches (30%)
Build and manage candidate pipeline
Conduct first-round screens to assess fit and motivation.
Prepare concise candidate summaries and search updates.
Support client communications and progress check-ins.
Coordinate interviews and every other step of the hiring process.
Business Development Support (10%)
Research companies, markets, and potential clients
Build prospect lists and market intelligence for the CEO and COO.
Bring new ideas, new BD initiatives for the company
3–7+ years in research, consulting, finance, tech, recruiting, or similar fields.
Experience in or recruiting for Tech or Financial Services is a strong plus.
Advanced English + Native Portuguese is a must. Spanish is a strong plus.
Analytical, structured thinker with strong organization and attention to detail.
Comfortable with ambiguity; bias for action; strong ownership mindset.
Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
Location: Brazil remote. Preference for São Paulo, SP.
