A boutique executive search firm is seeking an Executive Search Senior Associate to assist the CEO and COO in high-impact searches within the Technology and Financial Services sectors. This role involves candidate research, sourcing, and end-to-end recruiting for mid-level roles. The ideal candidate has 3-7+ years of experience, advanced English, native Portuguese, and a Bachelor's degree. This position can be remote from Brazil, with a preference for São Paulo.

About the Role

We are hiring an Executive Search Senior Associate to support Gold & Aron CEO and COO across high-impact searches in Technology and Financial Services in a premium boutique environment. The role blends deep research, pipeline development, and end-to-end recruiting for select mid-level roles. You'll help build the engine that enables leadership to focus on client strategy and firm growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Candidate Research & Sourcing for senior level searches (60%) – Build and manage strong candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent searches.
• Active search – Conduct structured research, market mapping using several tech tools including LinkedIn, AI tools and own database.
• Passive search – Source, screen applicants; Lead candidate scoring, initial candidate assessment.
• End to end Recruiting for selected mid level searches (30%) – Build and manage candidate pipeline; Conduct first-round screens to assess fit and motivation; Prepare concise candidate summaries and search updates; Support client communications and progress check-ins; Coordinate interviews and every other step of the hiring process.
• Business Development Support (10%) – Research companies, markets, and potential clients; Build prospect lists and market intelligence for the CEO and COO; Bring new ideas, new BD initiatives for the company.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 3–7+ years in research, consulting, finance, tech, recruiting, or similar fields.
• Experience in or recruiting for Tech or Financial Services is a strong plus.
• Advanced English + Native Portuguese is a must. Spanish is a strong plus.
• Analytical, structured thinker with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; bias for action; strong ownership mindset.
• Bachelor's degree mandatory.
