About The Role

This isn't a job posting for a typical Executive Assistant. We're seeking someone who sees managing an executive's life as an art form - someone who takes pride in anticipating needs before they arise and creating order from chaos. Change to you is exciting, not stressful.

Non-Negotiables
  • Minimum 5+ years supporting the founder/C-suite level (not general admin experience)
  • Proven track record with high-growth founders & startups
  • Experience managing complex personal affairs
  • Remote work mastery with PST availability
  • A systems thinker who's implemented processes for their role
  • If you're looking for your first senior EA role, this isn't it
Preferred
  • 7-10 years with serial entrepreneurs or venture-backed CEOs
  • Built EA functions from scratch
  • Managed teams or trained other EAs
  • Deep expertise in both business operations and lifestyle management
  • Experience with AI tools and automation (huge plus)
  • Builder mindset - you've created workflows, automation, or tools
