A leading technology consulting firm is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect in São Paulo, Brazil. The role involves leading the development of enterprise technical architecture and ensuring alignment with business strategies. Candidates should have over 8 years of IT experience, strong leadership skills, and relevant architecture certifications. This role requires knowledge of integration and application architecture, along with a sense of innovation in technology deployment.
Remote: Must follow and support US time zones.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics, Sociology, or another related field.
8+ years of IT experience required.
4+ years of architecture experience in multiple architectural domains such as business, information, application, integration, technology, and security.
Ability to make decisions and recommendations on technology strategies while considering various options and business needs.
Awareness of retail, supply chain, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries.
TOGAF, IASA or any other architecture-related certification is required.
The Technical Architect provides the leadership, facilitation, analysis, and design tasks required for the development of an enterprise's technical architecture. They create deliverables that help develop target-state guidance (standards, guidelines, reference implementations) for evolving the technical infrastructure across the enterprise, to enable business strategy and deliver targeted business outcomes. They facilitate and orchestrate the delivery of targeted business outcomes through technical decisions.
Leads efforts to develop and maintain the architectural assets for the technical domain.
Sets an architecture direction for the technical domain that is aligned with business and IT goals.
Works with service management teams and solution architects to lower the total cost of ownership for IT capabilities.
Represents enterprise architecture by advocating and sharing knowledge.
Participates as a member of one or more architectural review boards (ARB) that ensure architecture quality and compliance.
