Key Responsibilities

1. The Field Service Technician is responsible for the overall support of the After-Sales Service provided to all Zeeco Combustion Systems within the (SITE).
2. This support will include all preventative maintenance, emergency support, after-hours support, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, hardware-based automation support, as well as commissioning support for all new and existing vapor recovery, combustion, and product loading equipment in on-shore and off-shore environments.

Qualifications and Experience

1. High school diploma, with a technical school certificate and/or courses in technologist or mechanical instrumentation engineering.
2. 5+ years' experience in the oil and gas sector.
3. Availability for national and international travel.
4. Intermediate/advanced English and/or Spanish (writing and conversation).

Technical Skills

1. Ability to solve problems.
2. Desirable knowledge of combustion equipment.
3. Microsoft Office, Excel and Word skills with the preparation of detailed and organized technical reports.
4. General understanding of computer networking applications.
5. Basic knowledge of PLC programming and hardware troubleshooting.
6. Ability to interpret technical documents and communicate effectively.
7. Electrical skills or at least three years of experience.
