Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key benefits consultants
• Educate consultants on the employer’s products and capabilities while addressing their needs
• Act as the liaison between internal teams and external consultants for effective collaboration
• Manage consultant deals and lead the RFP process for consultant-led opportunities
• Track partnership performance and provide insights for strategic adjustments

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working with consultants, brokers, and partners in a health and wellness company
• Proven track record of consistent over-achievement in quota and revenue goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with industry leaders such as WTW, Mercer, Gallagher, Aon, Lockton, or Alliant
• Self-starter with a strong pursuit of goals and autonomy
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to industry trends
• Experience thriving in a collaborative, remote work environment
