Qualificações

What you will do:

• Design and implement robust data architectures aligned with corporate standards and local business needs.
• Ensure data governance quality and security across multiple sources and platforms.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient data integration and transformation.

Skills:

Communicating Complex Concepts: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple clear language appropriate to the audience.

Database Design: Knowledge of database systems; ability to establish a data model for designing an organization’s database that runs effectively and efficiently for better business outcomes.

ETL Process: Knowledge of the extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) process; ability to develop a database through the ETL process.

Modeling – Data Process Events Objects: Knowledge of data process and events; ability to use tools and techniques for analyzing and documenting logical relationships among data processes or events.

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related areas.
• Pre Advanced English (written and spoken) for effective communication with global teams.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python and data engineering tools.
• Experience in data modeling (conceptual, logical and physical).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure).
• Solid understanding of data governance, security and compliance best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.

Top candidates will also have:

• Fluent in English.
• Experience preparing data for AI/ML and LLM-based solutions.
• Knowledge of data quality frameworks and metadata management.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business‑friendly manner.
• Experience with Snowflake is required, and Databricks would be a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).

This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
