Team Overview

You will lead the CX Data & Insights team supporting the restaurant inside sales and early farming operations into BR food relaunch, being able to interact with stakeholders from all over the world and generate business impact.

Role Responsibilities
  • Leading a data science team supporting inside sales and early farming to impact the business.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders from different regions of the world.
  • Developing AI tools to automate reports, insights and VOC.
  • Supporting the development of new business lines with data.
  • Developing and reviewing SQL codes, R and/or Python.
Role Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Technical skills such as SQL, Python or R.
  • Data visualization knowledge. Storytelling knowledge.
  • Statistical knowledge.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to embrace change in a fast paced environment.
  • Clear communication and the ability to explain data insights to non-data stakeholders.
  • Knowledge on sales data structure and process.
