You will be responsible for gathering information, translating CVs predominantly from Portuguese to English, ensuring grammatical accuracy, and assisting the Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have over a year of relevant experience and proficiency in English. Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience in translation, editing, technical writing, or proofreading.
• Ability to quickly understand unknown IT concepts.
• Very high level of written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and review information from CVs and LinkedIn.
• Translate CVs from Portuguese to English.
• Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary usage.
• Validate the information accuracy obtained by the recruiting team.
• Assist the Talent Executive team.

The project:

We are looking for an exceptional CV Maintenance Specialist for this fully remote opportunity to work with us and join our Talent Acquisition area.

The responsibilities:

• Gather and review information from different sources (CVs, and LinkedIn).
• Translate CVs (mostly from Portuguese to English).
• Follow and apply internal formatting rules.
• Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary usage mistakes.
• Validate the accuracy of the information obtained by the recruiting team.
• Provide assistance to the Talent Executive team.

The requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in related positions (translation, editing, technical writing, or proofreading).
• Have proper attention to detail and ability to research and quickly understand unknown concepts, and topics, mainly Information Technology related.
• Have experience with IA tools.
• Be proficient in Word and have intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft tools.
• Possess critical thinking skills.
• Possess proficiency/very high level of written and spoken English.
