Ein führendes Energieunternehmen sucht Kundenservicemitarbeiter für verschiedene Bereiche wie die Verwaltung von Netzanschlüssen und Schadensmanagement. Die Position ist vollständig remote und bietet ein attraktives Einstiegsgehalt von 800 EUR pro Monat mit Entwicklungspotential bis zu 1.300 EUR. Erforderliche Deutschkenntnisse sind mindestens auf C1-Niveau und Erfahrung im Kundenservice ist von Vorteil.

Qualificações

• Mindestens C1-Niveau in Deutsch erforderlich.
• Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise wünschenswert.
• Erfahrung im Kundenservice von Vorteil, aber auch Quereinsteiger sind willkommen.

Responsabilidades

• Verwaltung von Netzanschlüssen und Schadenmanagement.
• Bereitstellung erstklassigen Kundenservices.
• Vollständig remote ohne Umzug erforderlich.

Qualifikationen

• German language skills: At least C1
