Are you dynamic and have a sense of service Then you may be our future Operation Specialist for the Brazilian Market!

As an Operations Specialist you will be the first point of contact for our clients playing a vital role in delivering a seamless technical experience. You'll manage remote installation processes assist clients step-by-step and provide first-level technical troubleshooting and maintenance support. Your collaboration with our Technicians and ability to elevate issues when necessary will be key to maintaining service excellence.

Your Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for clients during the installation process;
  • Guide clients through remote installations ensuring all systems are correctly configured and operational;
  • Provide timely & efficient first-level technical support & troubleshooting to identify and resolve basic issues;
  • Support clients with maintenance-related questions & minor technical interventions.
  • Collaborate closely with Technicians escalating more complex technical issues when needed;
  • Ensure all client interactions and technical updates are properly recorded in Salesforce;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational procedures and client support resources.
Your Profile
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical support or operations role;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Basic technical knowledge of systems networks or IT environments (hardware / software familiarity);
  • Excellent communication skills & the ability to explain technical concepts in a user-friendly way;
  • Organized, detail-oriented & capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative cross-functional setting;
  • C2 Level or Native in English.
