Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and field teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Fluent in English and at least one of: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or Thai. 3–5+ years of experience in engineering support or industrial automation; equivalent hands‑on experience considered. Willingness to work second or third shift (EST) to align with international time zones. Comfortable working cross‑functionally with R&D, Field Services, and Operations teams.
