Podcast Content ManagerWe're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee the full production workflow of our weekly interview podcast.Manage guest communication, scheduling, and episode preparation.Coordinate editorial tasks, project management, and publishing.You'll work with physicians, psychologists, authors, wellness experts, and thought leaders.

Responsibilities

• Guest Communication & Outreach : Manage all communication with guests, schedule interviews, and collect bios and release forms.
• Episode Planning & Production : Prepare episode briefs, review raw audio / video, and provide edit notes to the editor.
• Editing Coordination : Send clear, detailed edit notes to the editor and review first edits for quality.
• Publishing & Show Management : Write show notes, prepare publishing assets, and track episode performance metrics.
• Marketing & Promotion Support : Coordinate with the social media team to deliver clips and quotes.
• Monetization & Growth : Assist in creating sponsorship decks and packages, research brand partners, and track growth trends.
