• Must-Have: Broad experience in cloud implementations & support
• Must-Have: Experience in leading Oracle cloud support project
• Must-Have: Good understanding of global support model
• Must-Have: Collaboration with end users and problem solving skill
• Must-Have: Senior resources with hands-to-keyboard capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud (AP, PO, AR, GL, TAX, CM, FA, Collection Modules)
• Good-to-Have: Able to work independently with customer
• Good-to-Have: Agile way of working
• Responsibility / Expectations from the Role: Issue resolution and fix
• Responsibility / Expectations from the Role: Collaborate and meet with users to understand the issue
• Responsibility / Expectations from the Role: Work with Oracle on Service requests
