The ideal candidate will have over 6 years in support projects, including a minimum of 5 years in SAP FICO and 2 years in S4HANA. Responsibilities include assisting users with issues and providing effective resolutions. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you'll work with various business and technical teams.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in support projects.
• 2+ years of experience in S4HANA.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO.
• Experience in supporting General Ledger and additional functions.

Responsabilidades

• Assist users with problems and provide resolution independently.
• Provide Root Cause Analysis and communicate effectively with business users.
• Work within IT production support system.
