Commercial Planner
Role Overview

The Commercial Planner Sales Analyst will support demand forecasting across all PlayStation categories (Hardware, Software, and Peripherals). In this role you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams across Global, Americas, and local markets to build a robust, consensus‑based demand plan. You will apply your business acumen, analytical mindset, and organizational skills to help scale a growing business, ensuring demand and supply alignment, forecast accuracy, and smooth product launches.

Reporting to the Commercial Planning Manager, PlayStation LATAM, this role supports key planning activities and offers visibility into strategic decision‑making.

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for PlayStation’s product portfolio (hardware, software, and peripherals) using historical data, market insights, and sales inputs.

Consolidate and analyze sell‑in, sell‑through, and inventory data to generate clear reports and actionable insights for management.

Monitor performance versus forecast, explaining key deviations and supporting corrective action plans.

Support key processes, ensuring planning alignment with commercial strategy and market dynamics.

Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to optimize product allocation, manage inventory health, and mitigate risks of shortages or excess.

Support for product launches, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.

Continuously improve planning tools, data visualization, and processes to enhance efficiency and forecasting accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.

Previous experience in commercial planning, demand planning, or supply chain.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with planning tools such as SAP/IBP.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities.

Proactive and business‑oriented mindset with attention to detail and continuous improvement.

Fluent English is a must; Spanish is a plus.
