A leading software consultancy is seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer to manage cloud infrastructure and support deployment pipelines. In this role, you'll automate infrastructure, manage containerized applications, and enhance system reliability. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in similar roles with expertise in AWS/GCP and Kubernetes. This opportunity offers a collaborative DevOps environment with flexible working hours.

Qualificações

• 4-6 years experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar role.
• Experience with cloud provider platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgres, MySQL).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Experience with GitOps CI/CD tools (e.g., Harness, Argo, Flux, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with declarative infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Exposure to logging, monitoring, and observability tools (e.g., DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana).

Responsabilidades

• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to incidents.
• Maintain and evolve AWS cloud infrastructure with Terraform.
• Build and maintain code pipelines for agile development.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to solve problems.
• Quickly absorb context and knowledge while ramping up.

About the opportunity :

We are seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer to support our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines in a dynamic environment, leveraging Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Postgres, and Terraform. In this role, you will participate in automating infrastructure provisioning, managing containerized applications, and maintaining CI / CD workflows to ensure smooth and scalable deployments. You will work closely with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues, implement best practices, and enhance system reliability and performance across multi‑cloud platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a fast‑paced, collaborative DevOps environment.

What you get to do every day :

• Participate in an on‑call rotation on a regular basis and respond to incidents reliably and professionally.
• Maintain and evolve our AWS cloud infrastructure, employing automation, and infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform.
• Build and maintain our code pipelines, designing and building automation in order to enable agile software development, using self‑service where possible.
• Collaborate efficiently and effectively with other team members and Software Engineers to solve complex problems.
• Quickly absorb context and knowledge while ramping up.

Minimum Requirements :

• 4-6 years experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar role
• Experience with cloud provider platforms such as AWS or GCP
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgres, MySQL)
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
• Experience with GitOps CI / CD tools (e.g., Harness, Argo, Flux, Jenkins)
• Familiarity with declarative infrastructure‑as‑code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)
• Exposure to logging, monitoring, metrics collection, and observability tools (e.g., DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch)

Desired Skills (Nice to Haves) :

• Experience with software development and automation in languages beyond shell scripting (e.g., golang, python, elixir, java, etc.)
• Experience with platform development of tools for development, staging, and integration environments
• Experience with debugging performance or networking issues in applications running on Kubernetes
• Experience with audit compliance (e.g., SOX, SOC2, ISO27001, PCI DSS)
• Working knowledge of UNIX-based Operating Systems
• Computer Science or Engineering degree
