Job Description :

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of our brand message.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness.
  • Lead a team of marketers to manage and optimize all marketing activities, including advertising, digital marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing Leadership team to develop and implement localized marketing strategies that meet regional business objectives.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure data‑driven decision making by leveraging analytics and market research to inform marketing decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field of study.
  • 7+ years' of marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving results‑oriented marketing campaigns.
  • Senior level marketing experience with expertise in digital marketing channels, such as SEO, Paid Search, programmatic advertising, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong written and spoken proficiency in English.
  • Experience working in a matrix structure and ability to work closely with various local, regional, and global teams.
  • Ability to navigate and adapt to a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment, adopt an entrepreneurial mentality, and think outside the box.
