We are seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) who can step into the CEO role in the near future. Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee end‑to‑end operations across all freight forwarding services.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with global standards and local regulations.
• Commercial Leadership:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Negotiate major contracts and pricing strategies to maximise profitability.
• Strategic Vision & Succession:
  • Work closely with the current CEO and global leadership team on long‑term strategy.
  • Prepare to transition into the CEO role by demonstrating leadership, vision, and execution capability.
• Financial Management:
  • Manage regional P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Monitor KPIs and deliver performance reports to the global board.
• Leadership & Talent Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire operational and commercial teams.
