Senior Vice President of Operations and Strategy
Operational Leadership: Lead a high‑performing operations team to drive business growth, enhance efficiency, and improve service quality.
Develop and implement process improvements to optimize regional P&L and achieve sustainable profitability.
Ensure compliance with global standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.
Commercial Excellence: Business Development: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.

Negotiate major contracts, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements to maximize profitability and drive business success.
Strategic Vision & Succession Planning: Leadership Development: Work closely with the CEO and global leadership team to develop and implement long‑term strategic plans that drive business growth and excellence.
Prepare for succession by demonstrating leadership capabilities, vision, and execution skills necessary to excel in the role.
Financial Management: Financial Performance: Manage regional financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular financial reports to the global board to ensure transparency and accountability.
Leadership & Talent Development: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire operational and commercial teams to achieve exceptional performance, growth, and innovation.
Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession planning process to ensure continuity and excellence in leadership roles.
12+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within freight forwarding or logistics, with a proven track record of operational management and commercial strategy.
Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment and lead large‑scale teams and drive transformation.
