Main responsibilities

Support the Business Unit team

Support for project management: prepare presentations, organize agenda and meetings with main partners and stakeholders, monitor tasks and resolve problems with project members

Performance management: Monitoring and reporting of area KPIs, targeting causes and action plans, monthly

Data collection and analysis: establishing data workflows, updating dashboards, building analyzes and recommendations

Previous experience and skills

Strengths in organization and analytical and logical thinking

Create and foster a cross‑functional network and work in fast‑paced, unstructured environments

Requirements and skills

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

Power user of work analysis / collaboration tools

Advanced English (spoken and written)

Advanced Excel experience

Marketing / finance experience is an advantage

Additional information

Differential will be considered :

• Experience with Power BI - nothing technical, just experience using it and possibly the processes involved in development;
• Marketing finance background: Previous experience with finance is a big plus;
