About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across Brazil.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and secure agreements that align with company objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to support client activation and retention.
  • Create and deliver regular forecasts and pipeline reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and business meetings.
Requirements
  • Native or fluent Portuguese and strong command of English.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management within Brazil.
  • Strong commercial mindset and the ability to define and execute strategies independently.
