You are an enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with people and solving problems.
2 years of experience
in Customer Support, Account Management, or a related service field (preferably within digital products).
Communication, Management, IT, Business, or a similar field.
Analytical mindset with the ability to manage complexity and pay close attention to detail.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
