• Coordinate with Blade Repair Team Coordinators.
• Plan and control work execution globally.
• Act as the first contact for Brazilian teams.
• Optimize work execution for efficiency.

Blade Repair Manager

• REQUISITION ID : LOCATION : Sede São Paulo, BR, DEPARTMENT : Service. The job holder is part of the Blade Repair Service Americas Team and this roll is to manage rotor blade repair teams to perform high quality repairs and inspections all North and South America and other regions in the Nordex Service fleet.

This is achieved while using the latest repair technology based on profound trainings, the collaboration with the Global Blade Services Team and always with an eye on safety.

Main Activities

• Manage up to 47 Blade Repair Teams working in South and North America, South Africa, Australia and India;
• Manage the 3 Blade Repair Team Coordinators;
• Manage the Planning and control of work execution globally;
• First contact for Brazilian blade repair teams;
• Ensure the optimization of work execution to increase efficiency;
• Ensure the organization of correct tooling, equipment and material to execute repairs;
• Report work progress actively to internal stakeholders;
• Report directly to the Head of NXIS Brazil;
• Fluent in Portuguese, good communication skills in English spoken and written (at least B2 / C1), Spanish is a plus.
