Job Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Repass and Registration Planning team with operational activities, focusing on:
  • Providing support to regional repasse and registration areas, opening internal service calls, and recording payments in SAP;
  • Validating guarantor documentation according to internal policies;
  • Offering guidance and support via email, chat, and Teams calls;
  • Assisting with other administrative routines and organizational tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, acting as a defender of company compliance standards, ensuring client guarantees are within established parameters, and organizing processes to ensure internal customer satisfaction.
  • Minimum Requirements:
    • High school diploma (college coursework is a plus);
    • Knowledge of Office Suite;
    • Organizational skills and attention to detail;
    • Teamwork ability.
