As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Senior Consultant / Manager – Asset Management to join our team in Brazil. What You’ll Do

• Lead technology assessment projects within asset management entities, identifying gaps, opportunities, and defining transformation roadmaps.
• Define and validate target architectures aligned with strategic business goals.
• Conduct technical evaluations of complex architectures regarding functionality, scalability, and performance.
• Oversee the selection, design, and implementation of core investment, portfolio management, risk, distribution, and reporting platforms.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, both local and international.
• Interact with stakeholders from business, technology, and operations to ensure functional and technical alignment of proposed solutions.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, as well as executive presentations.
• Stay up to date with the evolving technological and regulatory landscape in the Brazilian asset management industry.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or technology transformation roles within asset managers or banks with asset management operations.
• Deep understanding of the Brazilian asset management industry: local regulations (CVM, ANBIMA), products, processes, and key market players.
• Proven experience in technology assessment and system implementation projects in the investment environment.
• Solid knowledge of core architectures, with experience integrating with Matera considered a plus.
• Familiarity with integration technology stacks and cloud architectures.
• Strong background in system architecture, integration models, and data modeling.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Advanced English.

Nice to Have

• Experience leading transformation programs in large financial institutions.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
• Experience with data analytics, investment reporting, or risk systems.
• Certifications or specialization courses in financial markets, architecture, or cloud technologies.
