Qualificações

Key Responsibilities : Design, write, test, and optimize Assembler code for mainframe systems.

Maintain and enhance legacy Assembler applications to meet business needs.

Collaborate with teams to integrate Assembler components with COBOL / Java applications.

Optimize system performance using tools like IBM RMF and OMEGAMON.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues using advanced debugging tools.

Mentor junior developers and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.

Contribute to system modernization strategies and decisions.

Requirements

Expertise in Assembler (HLASM) programming and mainframe systems (IBM z / OS, MVS, CICS, DB2).

Experience with performance tools (IBM Debug Tool, Abend-AID, OMEGAMON).

Strong knowledge of memory management and system programming.

Experience integrating Assembler with COBOL, PL / I, or Java.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues

7+ years of experience in Assembler development, with at least 5 years in mainframe systems.

IBM Certified System Programmer and z / OS Mastery Certifications are a plus.

Very good command of English (C1-C2 level).
