Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare technical and commercial proposals and budgets for customers.
2. Send all relevant information to Zeeco's head office.
3. Identify labor needs, analyze proposals and projects.
4. Follow up on customer portals for RFPs.
5. Translate documents electronically when needed.
6. Control and monitor contract/order approvals with involved parties at headquarters and with customers.
7. Prepare reports on proposals, follow-ups, sales, or cancellations.
8. Maintain up-to-date databases.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Technical level or higher (engineering preferred).
2. Over 2 years of experience in the field.
3. Knowledge of the oil and gas market and processes.
4. Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes.
5. Familiarity with Petrobras standards.
6. Availability for national and international travel.
7. Intermediate to advanced English skills (writing and speaking).

Technical Skills

1. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. Tax knowledge (ICMS, PIS/COFINS, ISS, etc.).
3. NCM Knowledge.
4. INCOTERMS.
5. ERP SAP B1.
