A multinational financial services corporation is seeking a professional in Brazil for managing commodity flows and supporting multi-asset derivative solutions for corporate and public sector clients. Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of finance experience, a Bachelor's or Master's degree, and fluency in English. Additional languages like Spanish are welcomed. The role also demands excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to market changes. CPA-20 certification is required.
Brazil Corporate Solutions Group ("CSG") is a Sales team which originates, structures and executes a wide range of risk management solutions for large corporate and public sector clients in Brazil.
The team sits on the private-side and works closely with Trading, Structuring and Banking.
The team has a multiproduct and cross-asset mandate and is responsible for originating and identifying client needs related to - among others - exposure management, structured financing, asset‑liability mismatches, yield enhancement, subsidiary financing, commodities, etc.
The team is also responsible for the commodity flow of these clients.
The individual will be based in Brazil and responsible for the commodity flow of the desk (pre trade, execution and post trade).
The individual will also be responsible for supporting the team, with structuring and executing multi‑asset derivative solutions for both corporate and public sector clients.
These solutions could span structured hedging solutions related to Capital Markets (M&A, DCM -Bonds, ECA, Securitization, Loans), Commodity Derivatives, Credit Defeasance Structures - among others, in G10 and LM currencies.
In addition, the individual will support the team in their day‑to‑day operations by preparing pitches, working on credit and internal approvals and onboarding.
