This role focuses on implementing training strategies for operations and leadership, managing a team of Learning Coordinators, and ensuring compliance with training programs. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, advanced English skills, and experience in team management and process improvement. An MBA and certifications in Six Sigma are advantageous.

Overview

Amazon Logistics is looking for a Learning Manager. This position will support operations expansion by implementing scalable solutions in order to guarantee quality of processes and drive standards adoption.

Responsibilities

• As Learning Manager, you will be responsible for training of two audiences: 1) Under the Roof Operations and 2) Leadership onboarding and development.
• Your scope includes the definition of Learning area strategy and day-to-day operations of learning organization within Amazon Ops Leadership and Under the Roof.
• You will manage a team of Regional Learning Coordinators.
• Key goal is to guarantee onboarding/training compliance in accordance with policies, procedures and standards.
• You will perform quality audits and follow up metric results to drive customer experience and performance improvement within the delivery network.

• Ability to Deep Dive and develop innovative ideas for process challenges
